This range of forms was created using both the matrix build and the random fill elements of the Automake software.

  • Screen grab that illustrates the random fill process. Selected units drop into the modified bowl ‘mould’ until the user decides to halt the process.
  • Random bowl 1, Selective Laser Sintered (SLS), 300x300x150mm. The forms generated by the automake software are recreated in 3d CAD software and can then be made physical using rapid prototyping technologies.
